The service was welcoming, including an efficient check-in. Spotlessly clean and updated units with a comfortable chair and beautiful bed, and the staff were accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was good, nice property. Although some of the staff were dull, I had a quite comfortable stay. My immaculately clean room had a mini bar, climate control, and flat-screen TV. The service was friendly and the food was fantastic. They offered ironing at no cost too. The location was absolutely perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Weemala Lookout...

Comforts of double room for a comfortable chair to relax in were fabulous. The hotel had a central position just off the food places in Batlow, all in walking distance, all shops and rsl club and pub. Spent a nice evening at Bistro Jinja, located quite close to the venue: D

My stay was very pleasant on a road trip. This accommodation was in a central location. Had some takeaway meals at Jimbo's Quality Seafood, set just minutes from the hotel, and I couldn’t resist! Nothing was too much trouble; it was dope!

the motel, while modest, was clean, comfortable, and centrally located near great food options at the Service Club and local RSL. We enjoyed the serene garden area for relaxation and the scenic Weemala Lookout nearby.

The room was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. We enjoyed the quiet location while still being within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided us with all the information we needed.
The room wasn't serviced during our two-night stay, which meant we had to reuse dishes and there was no replacement for coffee, tea, and snacks. we weren't aware that most of the city's restaurants were closed on Monday evenings, which made it hard to find a place to grab a meal.

We had an effortless check-in procedure with the hotel's text communication and keypad access system. The location of the hotel is great as we had access to nearby attractions, supermarkets, and cafes for breakfast. The hotel was spotless, had useful facilities like a fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery in the room. We appreciated the practical amenities like the minibar, breakfast, and efficient staff who were always available.
Cannot find any fault.

The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the mini-bar. The room itself was spacious, with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch. The hotel also provided free toiletries and had a flat-screen TV. I had a wonderful experience here!
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
